Placing an order

When you place an order online, you will see an order confirmation screen giving you your order number. Please make a note of this number for your records. Within a few minutes of placing your order, you will automatically be sent an email with your order number confirming that your order is in the system.

Order processing

Once your order has been processed (usually the same day but certainly within 2 days), you will receive another email confirming your order has been processed and, if necessary, informing you of any issues relating to your order, such as whether the item is out of stock or if a substitute item is being sent.

Dispatch 

At the point of dispatch, you will receive an email giving your parcel number together with a link to the courier's website to enable you to check the progress of your order. You can monitor the progress of your order online at any time by logging on and checking your order details.
Order should be received between 2 and 10 days from date of dispatch.
We will advise you when ordering if an item is out of stock.

Back orders 

If an item is out of stock, we will give you an estimated delivery date and contact you as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.
We only charge once for postage
If we have to ship your order in separate parcels due to an item being out of stock, you will only be charged postage once.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship Worldwide. 

We can ship anywhere a courier company can reach. No matter where they are, all our customers benefit from our quick efficient delivery.

We offer competitive shipping prices which will be calculated by the website automatically except for oversized items (such as the Polar Bear Bar) where we ask you to email us for a delivery quote.
